Wicked Lady / Sailor Moon / Watercolors

Thanks for all the coloring tips yesterday! And of course you were totally right - it's Wicked Lady! <3
I decided on a mix of vivid and soft colors with a cosmic touch :) I might do another version of her, too, but this was a good way to start :)
