Being brave doesn't mean that you are not afraid of anything, but that you are afraid and still do it!
This is a really powerful phrase in my opinion and I am sure there have been some situations in your life which you can be really proud of because you faced your fear!

When I had the first date with my husband back then I thought I would die of fear! I couldn't focus on my previous Japanese lessons at all and was sure I had to vomit any second! Thankfully I did not! xD Of course it turned out to be a lovely evening and it was totally worth it - he also told me that he felt the same way :D
